1 Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager acts as an Inspector within the Sales Department.
Their role is to:
- Detect mistakes
- Identify miscommunication
- Spot compliance breaches
- Audit calls & CRM entries
- Flag incorrect or misleading information
- Report errors to Sales Trainer for correction
The QA does NOT correct or train the agents directlyinstead, they serve as an independent monitoring unit to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in the telesales and client acquisition process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales quality scores and audit accuracy
- Compliance adherence rate
- Reduction in customer complaints and escalations
- Improvement in conversion quality and retention
- Coaching effectiveness and quality improvement trends
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 610 years of experience in sales quality assurance, tele-sales, client acquisition, or contact center quality.
- Prior experience in managing QA teams or sales audit functions preferred.
- Strong understanding of tele-sales processes, CRM systems, and call monitoring tools.
