Role Overview
We're looking for a highly outgoing, commercially curious and street smart Sales Intern to help build and manage the Hala's partnership pipeline. You'll work closely with the partners to identify prospects, run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and keep the CRM and sales tools humming.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to B2B sales and Sales automation
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Research and identify target partners
- Build prospect lists and run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with clean, accurate data
Sales Tools & Automation
- Use tools sales automation tools like Apollo.io (or similar) for prospecting and sequencing
- Help set up and optimize email sequences, follow-ups, and CRM workflows
- Experiment with sales automation to improve response and conversion rates
- Track outreach performance and suggest improvements
Market & Commercial Support
- Support proposal preparation and pitch customization
- Help gather market insights on advertisers, competitors, and pricing
- Assist with reporting on pipeline health, lead quality, and campaign results
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Some prior sales or business development experience(university projects, internships, part-time, startup, or marketing agency experience counts)
- Extremely outgoing and confident personality, you enjoy talking to people and initiating conversations
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid to test things and fail fast
Nice-to-Have
- Comfortable with sales tech tools (Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Interest in advertising, media, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outbound or cold email best practices
- Basic understanding of CRM hygiene and sales metrics
