Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with our most strategic clients. This role blends sales excellence with relationship stewardship, ensuring that Digi Visions remains the trusted partner of choice for enterprise customers.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling/crossselling initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the IT sector.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular reports on client engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong network within Saudi Arabia, particularly in IT and business sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B salespreferably in IT industry.
  • Proven ability to build trust, manage relationships, and exceed client expectations.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving client growth.
  • Experience in ICT, software, and outsourcing-related segments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
