A high-growth creative agency in Dubai is looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Lead to accelerate revenue growth and expand regional presence across the UAE and wider MENA market.
This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to convert relationships into revenue.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term strategic partnerships across corporate, retail, hospitality, and events sectors.
Key focus areas include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UAE and MENA
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Leading client pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborating closely with creative and production teams to deliver compelling solutions
- Representing the business at industry events and networking forums
- Providing regular forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership
This role carries clear revenue and performance KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition, conversion rate, and retained accounts.
About You
- 57+ years B2B sales experience, ideally within experiential marketing, events, or creative agencies
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience within the UAE / MENA market (essential)
- Background selling high-value, solution-led creative services
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and closing skills
- Commercially sharp with strong strategic thinking ability
- Fluent in English (Arabic highly advantageous)
- Strong network across relevant industries in the UAE
