Sales Lead Middle East (GCC)
We're Intuitive AI creators of Oscar Sort, Pixel & Pocket, the AI-powered platform revolutionizing circularity to empower smart sustainable cities. With Oscar Media Exchange (OMX), our devices also serve as interactive digital media platforms combining sustainability and revenue.
We're now launching in the Middle East starting in Dubai and we're looking for a driven Sales Lead to help us grow across the GCC.
This is our first hire on the ground in the region. You'll lead day-to-day sales execution, build relationships with property owners and advertisers, and get Oscar into the region's most iconic venues.
What You'll Do:
- Lead sales of Oscar Sort and OMX in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and expansion into KSA, Qatar, and beyond.
- Pitch and close deals with mall operators, airports, cinema chains, real estate developers, and office campuses.
- Identify and secure local advertisers and media partners to activate revenue on Oscar's screen network.
- Handle the full sales cycle outreach, negotiation & closing and collaborate with the CEO and global team on go-to-market strategy.
- Build strong regional relationships, backed by our case studies with global brands across 20 countries.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales or partnerships in tech, media, advertising, or sustainability.
- Experience selling into property groups or digital media/DOOH is ideal.
- Strong UAE market knowledge; relationships in Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate or media are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and confident navigating new verticals but comfortable executing under clear strategic leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
