PV market is a B2B eCommerce marketplace dedicated to the global solar industry. We connect manufacturers, distributors, EPC companies, and project developers, offering seamless digital trade solutions for solar products. As we scale operations across MENA, Africa, and Europe, we are expanding our technology team to enhance platform features, improve user experience, and drive innovation.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Manager to drive seller onboarding, buyer acquisition, and revenue growth across MENA and Africa. The role focuses on scaling sellers (who can also act as buyers), generating buyer leads, and accelerating deal closures to achieve defined revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard and manage active sellers across MENA & Africa.
Build and grow a database of qualified EPCs, distributors, and installers.
Drive deal closures, including bulk/container-level sales.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets + benchmark.
Consolidate leads and opportunities into CRM (Hot/Warm/Cold).
Collect testimonials and case studies to support expansion.
Conduct market visits across MENA & Africa to strengthen relationships.
Skills & Qualifications35 years in B2B sales, marketplace operations, or renewable energy (solar preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closures.
Experience building seller and buyer pipelines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
Excellent communication in English (Arabic/French a plus).
Willingness to travel across MENA & Africa.
