Sales Logistics Specialist

WhizzHR is hiring a Sales Specialist for a Logistics company

Role Requirements / Specifications

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.

Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, including regular cycle counts and

reconciliation.

Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and

productivity.

Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, including training staff on proper handling of

equipment and materials.

Manage and coordinate the scheduling of shipments and deliveries to meet customer

requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain performance.

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.

Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and on-time

delivery.

Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance

evaluations.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the warehouse operates in

accordance with best practices.

Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, ,supply chain management

or related field

Desired Experience

Experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).

Understanding of inventory control principles.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Forklift or other warehouse equipment operation certification (may

be required).
