- About the role: ( Work on-site role as a B2C Telesales Manager, at least 6 years of sales-related and management experience. Must have at least one year of work, life, or study experience in GCC countries, or serving or interfacing with clients from Saudi Arabia or other GCC counties. English can use as working language, manage around 20-50 people)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve enrollment targets
- Develop sales scripts, call strategies, and objection-handling techniques tailored to academic offerings
- Monitor daily performance metrics (calls, conversion rates, enrollments) and provide regular coaching
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions aligned with brand and service standards
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align leads, campaigns, and messaging
- Handle escalated inquiries and support the team in closing high-potential prospects
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales skills
- Generate and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management, preferably in the education or service industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Target-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- English can use as working language
Working hour: Sunday - Thursday 12PM - 9PM, Saturday 12PM-4PM
