SM (Sales Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop effective sales scripts, call strategies, and objection-handling techniques tailored to academic programs.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, enrollments) and provide ongoing coaching.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions aligned with brand and service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align leads, campaigns, and messaging.
- Handle escalated inquiries and support the team in closing high-potential prospects.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telesales skills.
- Generate and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, sales, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Work Schedule & Location
Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)
Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15-minute break)
Saturday: 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
Friday: Day off
