Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and securing corporate and government contracts within the Saudi market. The role requires strong expertise in chauffeur-driven transportation and bus transportation services, along with proven experience in bid management, tender submissions, and procurement portals widely used in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate, government, and event transportation accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within chauffeur and bus transportation sectors.
  • Prepare, manage, and submit technical and financial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
  • Handle end-to-end bid management, including pricing, compliance, documentation, and negotiations.
  • Actively manage and submit tenders through Saudi procurement portals, including:
  1. Ariba Procurement portal of various clients
  2. Oracle Procurement portal of various clients
  3. Other government and private sector procurement platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and procurement teams.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and fleet teams to ensure accurate costing and service delivery alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the Saudi transportation sector.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Represent AB Transportation at industry events, client meetings, and business forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in the chauffeur-driven transportation and/or bus transportation industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Preparing technical & commercial proposals
  • Government and corporate tenders
  • Contract negotiations
  • Working knowledge of Ariba, Oracle Procurement, and Saudi tendering systems.
  • Demonstrated success in securing long-term corporate and government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, compliance, and procurement procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial and pricing acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required
