Territory: KSA (Primary) – GCC exposure beneficial

Language Requirement: Arabic (Native/Fluent) + English (Business)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Hunter– someone who opens doors, builds pipeline from scratch, and closes. This is not an account management role. You will own new business acquisition in KSA, targeting enterprise accounts across BFSI, government, energy, and technology verticals. You will be the tip of the spear for AIQU's KSA growth, backed by a strong presales and delivery team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data & AI
  • Drive full sales cycles – from cold outreach and executive meetings to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; build lasting relationships grounded in business outcome conversations
  • Collaborate with presales to shape compelling solution narratives tailored to KSA regulatory and market context (NCA ECC, SAMA, NDMO)
  • Work the channel – identify and activate local partner and system integrator relationships to amplify reach
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in CRM; provide regular forecast updates to leadership
  • Represent AIQU at KSA industry events, executive roundtables, and partner ecosystem forums
  • Feed market intelligence back into the business – competitive landscape, client needs, emerging opportunities

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of hunting and closing net-new logos
  • Direct KSA market experience – you understand the buying culture, the decision-making hierarchy, and the procurement landscape
  • Existing senior-level relationships across KSA enterprise accounts (BFSI, government, telco, energy preferred)
  • Strong command of at least one of our core practices: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cybersecurity/GRC, or Data & AI solutions
  • Arabic fluency – essential for executive-level engagement in KSA
  • Comfort with solution and value-based selling; you can translate technology into business outcomes

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks: NCA ECC, SAMA Cybersecurity, NDMO data regulations
  • Experience selling through or alongside channel partners and system integrators
  • Exposure to managed services, staff augmentation, or platform-based engagements
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

30 Days

Mapped target account list; attended 5+ introductory executive meetings; CRM fully active

90 Days

3x monthly quota in qualified pipeline; at least 2 proposals submitted; 1 partner activation initiated

6 Months

First deals closed; repeatable pipeline cadence established; AIQU presence visible in target accounts
