Job Description

A leading airline operating in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen trade relationships, and expand market presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key trade partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and distribution channels within assigned markets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee contract performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including revenue management, marketing, and operations
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
  • Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience within aviation, airline, or travel & tourism industry
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, trade sales, and corporate sales models
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as required
