A leading airline operating in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen trade relationships, and expand market presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key trade partners
- Identify new business opportunities and distribution channels within assigned markets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee contract performance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including revenue management, marketing, and operations
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
- Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience within aviation, airline, or travel & tourism industry
- Strong understanding of airline distribution, trade sales, and corporate sales models
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to travel as required
