A.H. Al Sayyed & Sons, exclusive national distributor, is seeking a high-Caliber Sales Manager to lead our commercial team, build strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team across all branches
- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and revenue targets
- Build and maintain key accounts with workshops, fleets, dealers, and corporate clients
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and operations for aligned execution
- Report directly to senior management with data-driven insights
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in auto parts sales; 3+ years in a managerial role
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi automotive aftermarket landscape
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Bilingual (Arabic/English)
