Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager – Fasteners to drive business growth and market expansion across Saudi Arabia for a leading organization in the fastening solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow fastener sales and market share across KSA.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects and distribution channels within the construction and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, contractors, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity.
• Work closely with technical teams to recommend fastening solutions aligned with customer and project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting sales margins and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events and networking platforms across KSA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in fasteners, construction, hardware or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market with an established customer/industry network.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
• Valid KSA Driving License.
