About the role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Apex Property, based in Hurghada. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing and developing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.

The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, supporting negotiations with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the property sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and prepare regular reports for top management
  • Support and guide the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners
  • Ensure the sales team maintains up-to-date knowledge of the Hurghada real estate market
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads

Qualifications

  • Minimum 57 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Hurghada real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
