Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager at Asyan Properties is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and managing property sales operations. The role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and investors, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
