Spare Parts Sales Manager
About the Role
The Spare Parts Sales Manager will lead and manage spare parts sales operations across Egypt, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and effective collection activities in line with corporate goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement spare parts sales strategies in the Egyptian market to drive revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities, sales targets, and KPIs, and monitor performance to optimize results.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team through training and regular performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, offering tailored solutions.
- Expand market share by developing new business opportunities and negotiating with clients.
- Oversee daily sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and market/competitor analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of sales processes, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide technical training and presentations when required.
- Manage sales budgets, expenses, and forecasts in line with company financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the automotive aftermarket spare parts sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Must own a car.
