Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Manager at Aviary Aviation Services. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, develop strategic client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing proposals, and providing recommendations to improve sales strategies and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Project management and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in market analysis and developing competitive sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry is a must
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
