The Role
We're looking for a B2B Sales Manager to own the relationship with our warm inbound leads from first contact to signed brief. This is not a cold-calling role. Clients come to us your job is to listen well, ask the right questions, and guide them toward a solution they'll love.
You'll be the bridge between the client's vision and our creative and production teams.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming B2B inquiries via calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Qualify leads and manage the full pipeline in CRM
- Run discovery conversations to understand the client's needs: budget, quantities, timelines, gift format, and recipient profile
- Build a clear, detailed brief and hand it off to the design team
- Manage the deal from brief approval through to production handover
- Keep clients informed and confident at every stage
- Maintain the level of service that a premium brand demands
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate client relations
- Strong communicator on calls, in writing, and in listening
- Comfortable structuring information and working within a CRM
- Detail-oriented: you catch the things others miss (budgets, deadlines, formats)
- Understands what premium service actually feels like and delivers it
Nice to Have
- Background in gifts, lifestyle, beauty, fragrance, or events
- Experience with corporate or bulk orders
- English proficiency (a genuine plus with our client base)
