Role Objective:
We are seeking a high-impact revenue growth manager to spearhead commercial expansion across banks, financial institutions, fintechs. This role is squarely focused on driving top-line revenue through banking-led partnerships, with a strong emphasis on credit card programs, premium banking propositions, and travel-related customer value propositions (CVPs).
The incumbent will own the end-to-end sales and partnership lifecycle from designing compelling, bank-ready CVPs and structuring multi-year commercial deals, to closing contracts and managing post-sales growth and expansion. Success in this role requires deep experience selling into banks, a strong understanding of how banks evaluate partnerships, and existing relationships within financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking & Financial Institution Partnerships
Build, manage, and scale revenue-generating partnerships with banks, financial institutions, payment networks, and fintechs, with a clear focus on credit card, premium banking, and loyalty programs.
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within banks (product heads, cards, partnerships, loyalty, affluent & wealth segments).
Create and pitch bank-specific customer value propositions (CVPs) aligned to card acquisition, spend acceleration, retention, and premium customer engagement goals.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion through structured demand initiatives for airport and travel-related services offered by Plaza Premium Group.
Identify cross-market and cross-product expansion opportunities within existing bank and financial institution partnerships.
Monitor partner performance closely and proactively propose upsell, cross-sell, and geographic expansion initiatives.
Own the full sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, proposition design, internal alignment, deal closure, and post-sales account growth.
Work with technology teams on system integrations, APIs, and data flows required for bank-led programs.
Stay closely connected to industry trends; actively attend banking, fintech, payments, and travel industry events and forums to build visibility and pipeline.
Experience & Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with direct and proven experience working with banks and financial institutions.
Strong background in financial services, card issuing banks, fintechs, payment networks, or loyalty ecosystems.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating, pitching, and scaling customer value propositions (CVPs) for:
o Credit card programs
o Premium / affluent banking segments
o Fintech and travel-related customer programs
Existing network and relationships within banks is strongly preferred.
Understanding of airport services, aviation, travel, or premium hospitality ecosystems is a strong advantage.
