Job Description

Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

About the Role

Brokers Hub is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Property Consultants and Team Leaders.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs, CRM reports, and sales analytics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
  • Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to generate qualified leads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including 3+ years in a Sales Management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Deep knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.
