Position: Project Sales Manager
Salary: Upto AED 12,000 + Car + Petrol + Telephone Allowance
Location: Dubai
Required experience from: Fit out/ Joinery/ Construction/ Interior Design
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across hospitality, residential, and wellness sectors
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and follow up on proposals with a focus on conversion
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Drive negotiations and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Requirements:
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- UAE driving license
- Experience in UAE for more then 2 years
