Secondary Market Consultant – Ray White International Real Estate

About the Role:
Ray White International Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated Secondary Market Consultant to join our top-performing team. You will specialize in the resale of residential and commercial properties, helping clients navigate seamless transactions and identifying the best investment opportunities in Dubai's thriving property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resale listings across villas, townhouses, plots, and apartments in Dubai.
- Source, secure, and maintain relationships with property owners for resale listings.
- Conduct property valuations, market research, and develop pricing strategies.
- Guide clients through viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, communities, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
- Represent Ray White professionally, providing high-quality service at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in Dubai's resale/secondary property market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven track record in closing resale deals.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

- Mandatory: English
- Preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
