Sales Manager (Food Distribution)
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and grow sales across Key Accounts, HORECA, retail, and digital channels proven experience in food/FMCG sales is required
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks strong market awareness and analytical skills needed
- Build and maintain client relationships excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility strategic thinking required
- Conduct market research and recommend new product launches or category expansions ability to analyze consumer behavior and industry trends
- Monitor sales performance and stock rotation implement corrective actions for underperforming products, ensuring profitability
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales team experience in team leadership, KPI setting, and coaching
- Oversee sales operations and budgets strong commercial and financial acumen required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
