Global leader in energy SaaS recruits Sales Manager to manage and expand high-value utility accounts across Middle East. Role sits in EMEA Customer Success team serving utilities, regulators, government bodies, and energy companies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage/grow enterprise portfolio of SaaS energy software clients across Middle East
- Build executive relationships with C-suite/senior stakeholders in utilities/regulators
- Drive retention, upsell, cross-sell maximize ARR expansion within complex accounts
- Act as trusted advisor ensuring software adoption + measurable ROI delivery
- Partner with clients on evolving priorities, translating needs into product roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally (product, implementation, support) for flawless execution
- Provide market insights shaping SaaS platform evolution
Requirements:
- 1215 years enterprise SaaS/energy software Customer Success or Strategic Account Management
- Deep Middle East energy market knowledge (utilities, regulators, GCC dynamics)
- Proven C-level relationship management across matrix organizations
- Strategic thinker with strong analytics, problem-solving, stakeholder skills
- Engineering/Business degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Comfortable presenting to senior audiences + regional travel
