About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a high-velocity, phone-first sales environment. You will lead a team of inside sales agents, own the full sales funnel, and leverage CRM tools to drive performance, conversion, and revenue growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–30 inside sales agents
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and hold the team accountable to KPIs
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance coaching sessions
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on speed, quality, and conversion
High-Volume Sales Operations
- Oversee 500–2,000+ outbound/inbound calls per day across the team
- Design and optimize call scripts, objection handling frameworks, and closing techniques
- Implement call quality standards and monitor adherence
- Manage lead allocation, prioritization, and pipeline hygiene
CRM & Data Management
- Own and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Build dashboards and reports to track team performance in real time
- Ensure 100% CRM adoption and data accuracy across the team
- Use CRM data to identify bottlenecks, forecast revenue, and drive decisions
Performance & Quality Assurance
- Monitor call recordings and provide structured feedback
- Implement QA scorecards to evaluate call quality, compliance, and conversion
- Identify top performers and replicate their behaviors across the team
- Design incentive structures and competitions to drive motivation
Strategy & Growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting
- Work with Product/Operations to align sales messaging with service delivery
- Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates at every funnel stage
Requirements
- 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing high-volume phone sales (500+ calls/day)
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports and reading sales data
- Experience in EdTech, marketplace, or B2C tech is a strong plus
- Bilingual: Arabic & English
- Based in KSA or willing to relocate
