ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong relationships with enterprise and government customers, and expanding the product's market presence across target industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and delivery to achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report on sales performance using CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably in AI, Document Management, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving enterprise and government customers.
