Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and executing strategies to expand the market, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes monitoring market trends, providing regular reports on sales activities, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales Leadership and Team Management

Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation

Experience in Market Analysis and Business Development strategies

Proficiency in Communication and Presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Has worked with developer (Sobha, Danube, etc) for more than a year
