Job Description

As our Sales Manager, your primary mission is to hunt, pitch, and close high-value landscape contracts. You will manage the entire sales funnelfrom the first site walkthrough to the final contract signature. This is a closer role that requires a balance of high-level project management, data-driven reporting via CRM, and a deep appreciation for outdoor aesthetics.

  • Business Generation: Actively scout and secure new landscaping projects across residential estates, commercial developments, and public spaces.

  • The Consultative Close: Lead client meetings to present design proposals, explain plant palettes and hardscape materials, and handle objections to ensure deals close on schedule.

  • CRM Experience: Maintain 100% data integrity in our CRM. Track every touchpoint, update lead statuses, and ensure no prospect wilts due to lack of follow-up.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership, detailing win/loss ratios, pipeline value, and projected revenue vs. targets.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between the client's vision and our in-house landscape architects and installation crews to ensure the final quote is both profitable and buildable.
