Your Opportunity:

As a sales Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for achieving sales quota and the assigned strategic account objectives.

We are seeking talented candidates for this position with a proven track record of exceeding goals in enterprise software sales in the areas of Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, Data Warehouses/Lakes, Data management, etc. in at least the last five years. Candidates should show good knowledge of the Saudi market and superior communication and closing skills to sell Product licenses, Professional Consultancy, Support and Managed Services to different business uses and verticals with the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.

The selected candidate will be working closely with experienced sales and marketing leadership and be supported by a strong technical team in an ideal, fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment to grow professionally and go beyond expectations.

The Sales Manager will promote the entire range of Company products and services to assigned Customers, while leading the Customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned Customers needs and expectations are met by the Company. Your ability to work independently, as well as transition to leadership will be important skills to demonstrate.You'll develop and document a territory plan that results in revenue growth and execute the plan to generate the appropriate pipeline and sales volume.

Job Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

  • Drive successful pipeline growth through indirect and direct business development.
  • Understand and effectively communicate Edgematics Value Proposition, focussing on business outcomes and value for the customer.
  • Ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts, partners and colleagues alike.
  • Insightful and strategic territory planning which focuses in building a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically through varied sales stages to closure, while mitigating risk and maximizing upside
  • Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using company standard CRM tools
  • Coordinate the involvement of Company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and Customers expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts/ territory.
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Maintain high Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and plans to identify opportunities in theterritory.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of successful quota carrying enterprise software and services sales
  • Demonstrated market knowledge of competitive opportunities in the ME region
  • Background of exceptional quota attainment in enterprise SaaS sales will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term business plans and proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
