Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team of telesales consultant, including training, coaching, performance management to drive individual and team performance.
  • Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals and monitor team progress towards achieving them.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyse key sales metrics and trends, such as call volume, conversion rates, revenue, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques and make recommendations to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance review, provide feedback and develop initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the telesales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective lead generation and campaign execution, and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high-performance culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telesales manager or in a similar sales management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced in B2C sales industry, education or any other relevant field will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of telesales techniques, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
