Job Description

Job Summary

Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship management, and effective coordination across multiple business units, including VIP experiences, school visits, summer camps, corporate contracts, B2B deals, and other services provided by EPZR.

The role includes setting sales targets and budgets, monitoring team performance, ensuring monthly and annual revenue and footfall goals are met, and supervising call center operations to support customer engagement and lead conversion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Target Management

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Set monthly and annual revenue and visitor targets for the team.
  • Monitor sales performance and track KPIs to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on market trends and business performance.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the sales team and call center staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
  • Foster a results-driven, customer-focused sales culture.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Oversee key accounts, including VIP clients, schools, corporates, and summer camps.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage renewals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate, B2B, and group sales opportunities.

4. Footfall & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue generation and target achievement across all EPZR business units: Zoo, Resort, F&B, ZVC, Pet Hotel, World Butterfly Park, Fun Games Arena, and others.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

5. Call Center Supervision

  • Oversee call center operations to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and leads.
  • Implement scripts, tracking systems, and reporting protocols to measure effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Integrate call center performance with overall sales strategy.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B, hospitality, or entertainment-based sectors.
  • Proven ability to set and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing B2B contracts and corporate sales is a must.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
