Job Description

Job Role:- Sales Manager

Job Location:- Malaysia/Australia/Dubai

Experience:-8-15 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Drive B2B sales of IT services and digital transformation solutions across the APAC region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and close high-value enterprise deals.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide consultative technology solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic account development and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and expand accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Skills & Requirements:-

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • Retail domain experience with understanding of retail technology and business processes.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales and revenue target achievement in the APAC market.
  • Experience selling digital commerce, AI/ML, cloud-native, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within APAC markets and willingness to travel regionally.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
