About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is focused on selling ERP solutions, particularly Odoo, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate is someone who knows the Saudi market, is comfortable building their own pipeline, and enjoys winning new business.

This is a hands-on sales role, so we're looking for someone proactive who can generate leads, approach clients directly, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Generate your own leads through networking, LinkedIn, calls, events, and personal connections
  • Meet clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals and work closely with technical teams when needed
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Keep track of sales activities and update the CRM regularly

Requirements

  • Arab national
  • 47 years of experience in ERP sales
  • Proven experience selling Odoo, SAP, and/or Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  • Experience selling within the Saudi Arabia market is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to generate your own leads and develop new business
  • Good understanding of how ERP solutions support business operations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working independently.
