**** B2B sales experience, mandatory within: Event production****

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager (Hunter) responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role focuses on aggressive new client acquisition, targeting corporate clients, event agencies, exhibitions, concerts, festivals, and large-scale brand experiences requiring world-class technical production services.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (Hunter Role)

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients across corporate, entertainment, exhibition, and government sectors.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of event organizers, production agencies, brands, and venues requiring technical production services.
  • Proactively prospect through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

Client Engagement

  • Build relationships with event agencies, brand managers, marketing teams, and production companies.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions including lighting, sound, staging, and event technology packages.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical solution proposals.

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across services including technical production, creative design, and event technology integration.
  • Track pipeline performance and provide regular forecasts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends in events, exhibitions, live entertainment, and brand experiences.
  • Identify new opportunities within corporate events, festivals, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor activity and pricing strategies.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, technical, and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate project handovers to operations and production teams after deal closure.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 58+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within:
  • Event production
  • AV / technical production
  • Exhibition services
  • Event agencies
  • Live entertainment production
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong new business acquisition track record.
  • Experience selling high-value event or production solutions.

Skills

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical production requirements and translate them into business solutions.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with strong commercial mindset.
