Job Description: Sales Manager Veterinary Supplies

General objective
Oversee the company's sales activities in the field of importing and
distributing veterinary supplies. Develop and implement strategic
Plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets, while
Ensuring full compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic and annual sales plans aligned with the company's objectives.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance both individuals
and collective performance.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, including potential clients and
distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (veterinary clinics, farms, veterinary
pharmacies, distributors).
Supervise import and distribution processes, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure
timely product availability.
Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent
shortages or surpluses.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations to
senior management.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the import and
distribution of veterinary supplies.
Represent the company in specialized exhibitions and conferences to strengthen the market
.
Develop pricing policies and promotional offers in line with market conditions and competitive
dynamics.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (background in
Veterinary Science or Pharmacy is preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of the veterinary supplies market and its regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multi-functional teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
