Role Overview
We are entering the Saudi Arabian market with two complementary enterprise software products Feoda's school billing and fee management platform, and Oracle NetSuite ERP. This role is the cornerstone of that entry. We are looking for a commercially sharp, culturally fluent Saudi professional who can open doors, build trust with decision-makers across the education and corporate sectors, close deals, and ultimately define what a local sales team looks like.
The Hybrid Sales Manager is a focused individual contributor equally comfortable hunting new business and closing complex enterprise deals. Dedicated demo specialists handle product presentations; the Sales Manager's energy goes entirely into prospecting, relationship-building, pipeline management, and getting deals closed. This is a rare opportunity to own a market from the ground up.

- Develop deep product knowledge across both Feoda and Oracle NetSuite ERP understanding use cases, competitive advantages, and common objections for each.
- Manage both pipelines in parallel Feoda typically closes in 48 weeks with a school finance or admin lead; NetSuite ERP involves a 36 month cycle with IT, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal demo specialists preparing them with full context on each prospect before presentations, then re-engaging immediately after to drive momentum towards close.
- Liaise with Oracle's regional NetSuite team and internal product specialists to stay current on features, pricing, and implementation requirements.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in CRM pipeline stage, stakeholder notes, next steps, and deal values.
- Submit a weekly pipeline report to the Regional Sales Director covering activity, pipeline movement, and forecast.
