Brief description

As Sales Manager Fixed Installations (KSA), you will be responsible for driving sales growth of INFiLED's LED solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on fixed installation projects. You will develop and manage strong relationships with AV system integrators, consultants, contractors, corporate end users, and government or semi-government entities.

You will work closely with our existing local team in KSA, which currently consists of four team members, contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven environment. The position reports directly to the Country Head of KSA.

In this role, you will position INFiLED as a premium LED solutions provider within corporate, retail, hospitality, control rooms, transportation, and other permanent installation environments. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the KSA market by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing projects from specification through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fixed installation market across KSA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, developers, and end users
  • Drive project-based sales from specification stage through to closing
  • Promote INFiLED solutions to consultants to ensure brand specification in projects
  • Collaborate closely with the local KSA team to support project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and expand existing partner network while identifying new strategic partners
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events within the region
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets

Experience and qualifications.

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the AV industry
  • Proven experience in project-based and fixed installation sales
  • LED industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong network within the KSA AV market (integrators, consultants, developers)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluent in Arabic + English
