Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and hypermarkets, ensuring sales growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting wholesale, distribution, and hypermarket channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, wholesale operations, and hypermarket sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in paper, office supplies, or FMCG products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
