We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and hypermarkets, ensuring sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting wholesale, distribution, and hypermarket channels.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, wholesale operations, and hypermarket sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred:

  • Experience in paper, office supplies, or FMCG products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
