YOUR ROLE
As Sales Manager based in our office in Dubai, you will develop a client portfolio in the Middle East region specially for UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Business development in UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain
- Acquire new customers and define their potential in alignment with the corporate strategy
- Anticipate clients needs with proactive proposals
- Launch internal studies requested by the clients and ensure respecting the guidelines
- Project management - guarantee the appropriate resources allocation
- Work closely with the project key stakeholders: Evaluation, Perfumers in Dubai
- Analyse the clients feedback in order to meet their expectations
- Ensure the clients satisfaction during the entire development process
- Negotiate with customers
- Ensure financial discipline: orders, billing, payments terms, pricing, budget
- Apply competitive intelligence principles
- Regular activity report to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of minimum 10 years as Sales Manager in fragrance industry
- Diploma in Perfumery or Chemistry
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus
- Deep understanding of account management
- Knowledge of GCC fragrance clients will be added advantage
