Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in El Sadat City. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and identify growth opportunities in local and regional markets. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, fostering strong relationships with clients, analyzing sales trends and market conditions, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders. Collaboration across departments and maintaining a customer-centric approach are key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for defining our sales strategy, managing our sales team, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and major distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue and profitability targets.

* Market Growth: Actively identify and penetrate new markets within the construction, sports, and railway infrastructure sectors.

* Account Management: Oversee key accounts and manage complex negotiations to maintain healthy margins.

* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of our sales team to ensure consistent results.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 7–12 years in B2B industrial sales (Chemicals, Polymers, or Construction Materials).
  • Proven Track Record: Experience managing a sales team and navigating project tendering processes.
  • Mindset: A business-oriented professional who focuses on sustainable profitability, not just volume.
  • Technical Awareness: Strong technical knowledge of industrial or construction products is a significant advantage.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the Egyptian, Arab, or African markets is highly desirable.
