Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between prospective learners and our educational programs. You'll guide individuals toward the most suitable learning path based on their career aspirations while ensuring enrollment targets are met.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth consultations with prospective students and corporate clients
  • Recommend appropriate diplomas and training programs tailored to their goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align messaging and course offerings
  • Maintain and update CRM systems regularly with lead data
  • Attend educational events and represent the institution professionally

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or career advising

Strong consultative selling and communication skills

Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
