We are a growing advertising agency looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive new business growth. You will own the full sales function from pipeline to close. selling advertising solutions to brands, businesses, and marketing decision-makers.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands the advertising landscape, knows how to sell creative solutions, and has the drive to build a team that consistently delivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of advertising sales representatives to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients across Advertising field
- Build strong relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and C-level decision-makers
- Coach the team on consultative selling, pitch delivery, and proposal writing
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and team activity metrics via CRM
- Present revenue forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership
- Stay ahead of advertising market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
