Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team towards achieving ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitive dynamics to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns that enhance visibility and lead generation.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value transactions, ensuring client needs are met.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to achieve sales goals.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market, including regulatory changes.
- Provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Identify risks in transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
