Job Title: Account Manager Sales (UAE & Oman)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience: 46 Years

Budget: AED 14000-16000+ commissions

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager Sales to drive business development and revenue growth across UAE and Oman. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding market presence across industrial customers. This is a work from home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new leads through market research, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by converting leads into RFQs and confirmed orders.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, utilities, distributors, panel builders, and electrical consultants to drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage channel partners, including training, performance monitoring, and business support.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share across product categories.
  • Identify new market segments and application areas for sustainable growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Support brand visibility through participation in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of process control, switchgear, instrumentation, or automation industry
  • Strong B2B sales and account management experience
  • Good technical understanding of industrial products and applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
