Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales process from discovery to solution delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior sales engineers and contribute to team development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Influence product development by communicating customer feedback and market needs.
