Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets for one of our subsidiary which is Al Shaab for Fire System (SFS).

- Sales Leadership and Management skills
- Client Relationship Management and Account Development skills
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
- Negotiation and Communication skills
- Team Management and Motivation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the trading industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a background in Fire Protection Field.
- UPDA / QCDD Certified
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the mentioned field in Qatar.
