B2C Sales Manager

We're hiring an experienced B2C Sales Manager to lead a high-volume business set-up organisation. Working closely with the Head of Revenue, you'll drive revenue growth, lead a large team, and deliver exceptional client service within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a B2C sales and support team of about 40 in a 24/7 operation
- Drive revenue performance, consistently exceeding monthly and annual KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day sales, client engagement, and customer support activities
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and timely client follow-up
- Monitor KPIs including application volumes, revenue, gross profit, and contact metrics
- Ensure compliance with UAE business set-up regulations and internal policies
- Develop and deliver training and performance development programs
- Produce performance reports and insights for data-driven decisions
- Address operational and people challenges while maintaining team performance
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Heads of Department
- Represent and uphold the organisation's brand values
Requirements
- 68+ years of proven sales experience
- Strong B2C sales leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing large teams, including shift-based or 24/7 operations
- Proven success driving revenue growth and managing KPIs
- Strong understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, and performance management
- Knowledge of UAE business set-up regulations (highly preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience training and developing high-performing sales teams

Salary: AED 18K AED 22K + Uncapped Commission
