We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by leading, developing, and maximizing the performance of our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit revenue targets by successfully managing and leading the sales team

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in real estate
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
